Steve Ferringo Band has been touring UK & Ireland for 30 years now, the same amount of time he’s been with the love of his life Ange Rogers.
Ange unfortunately lost her battle with Cancer in April of 2015, then within a month Steve was himself diagnosed with Cancer, but was lucky to receive successful treatment in good time.

Having experienced the tireless work of the Doctors & Nurses involved, Steve feels it only right that the first event can provide much needed funds for the Macmillan Cancer Support, and ‘Blood Counts’ (formerly Ward F11 Haemotology Unit Charitable fund.
A day of fun, music drink and food on the Sunday of the Bank Holiday weekend is another massive bonus as hopefully most people will have the benefit of having the Monday off.

The North Care Charity Ward F11 Fund supports the Haematology Unit at The Royal Oldham Hospital, which is an integrated day case and 22 bedded inpatient unit. Most patients attending the Haematology Unit are receiving chemotherapy and can be in hospital for prolonged periods of time combined with numerous day case atten

Most patients attending the Haematology Unit are receiving chemotherapy and can be in hospital for prolonged periods of time combined with numerous day case attendances. Patient care is coordinated by an extensive team of Consultants, Specialist Registrars, Clinical Nurse Specialists and many others whose focus is on providing compassionate and quality driven care.
All donations made to Ward F11 are used wisely to help the Trust provide the best standards of care for patients, develop staff, and support a continuous programme of improvement. Your support is greatly appreciated and any funds raised through Ferringo Fest will make a real difference to our patients.
